PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a femto cell base station for improving convenience.;SOLUTION: The femto cell base station 400 is connected to the Internet network through a broadband line 310 to relay speech communication between mobile communication terminals by performing radio communication with a mobile communication terminal. A line switching request receiving part 431 receives a line switching request transmitted from the mobile communication terminal in accordance with a user's prescribed operation. When the line switching request receiving part 431 receives the line switching request, an another line instructing part 432 instructs the mobile communication terminal that has transmitted the line switching request on an available base station different from the femto cell base station 400.
