PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of notifying an incoming call with suitable sound volume by preventing malfunction, in an incoming call notification device operated only when a mobile phone is in a dark place. PSOLUTION: The strap mounting part of a mobile phone and an incoming call signal transmitter are connected by a string or a chain, the sensing part of a photosensor is disposed at a position that is not covered with a hand even during speech using the mobile phone, and operation conditions of the photosensor are set using a CPU built into the incoming call signal transmitter. Even in the case of a display that is emitted on an incoming call, the incoming call is accurately determined. A switch for adjusting sound volume on the incoming call is mounted in an incoming call signal display, thereby setting the sound volume on incoming call display matching the environment of use.
