PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out an effective ingredient exhibiting excellent moisturizing effects, anti-aging effects, antioxidant effects, slimming effects, skin-beautifying effects, antiinflammatory effects and the like and to provide a moisturizer, an anti-aging agent, an antioxidant, a neutral fat-accumulation inhibitor, a skin-beautifying agent and an antiinflammatory agent that can be widely applied in the fields of a skin preparation for external use, a peroral preparation and the like.;SOLUTION: An extract of a plant belonging to the genus Podocarpus of the family Podocarpaceae that exhibits excellent moisturizing effects, anti-aging effects, antioxidant effects, neutral fat-accumulation-inhibiting effects, skin-beautifying effects, antiinflammatory effects and the like is used as a moisturizer, an anti-aging agent, an antioxidant, a neutral fat-accumulation inhibitor, a skin-beautifying agent and an antiinflammatory agent.
