PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method of a solid-state imaging device capable of carrying out an analysis of shading with a high degree of accuracy, without requiring a large amount of analysis time.;SOLUTION: In the simulation method of the solid-state imaging device, an analyzed simulation result for a camera lens is classified and processed, then the simulation of individual regions in the solid-state imaging device is implemented using by a wave analysis model.
