PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wiring routing configuration of a highly reliable tool for heat treatment processing in which optical fiber cable is above a prescribed radius of curvature even by movement of a laser machining head, and also to provide a heat treatment processing apparatus having this wiring routing configuration, and a composite processing machine. PSOLUTION: The tool for heat treatment processing includes a laser oscillator 601, an optical fiber cable 602 for guiding a laser beam, and a laser machining head 600 with which the laser beam guided from the laser oscillator 601 is converged on a workpiece and irradiates the workpiece W. In the tool, there are provided, on a guide rail 350 disposed on a bed 10, sliders 351 for guiding the optical fiber cable 602 which moves with the relative movement of the laser machining head 600, and the optical fiber cable 602 is configured to be wired along the guide bar 352 and guide wire 353 which are installed between the slider 351 and the laser machining head 600 or between the sliders 351 to control bending of the optical fiber cable 602.
