METHOD FOR PRODUCING NONWOVEN FABRIC, THE NONWOVEN FABRIC, NONWOVEN FABRIC STRUCTURE, AND TEXTILE PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a nonwoven fabric using exrafine fiber being 10-1,000 nm in single fiber diameter, capable of producing a well-textured nonwoven fabric with smooth processability: to provide a nonwoven fabric obtained by the method, a nonwoven fabric structure, and a textile product.;SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric is obtained by the following steps: Staple fibera A made from a fiber-forming thermoplastic polymer, having a single fiber diameter(D) of 10-1,000 nm, at a ratio (L/D) of the fiber length (L) to the single fiber fiameter (D) of 100-2,000, are dispersed in water into an aqueous dispersion, the staple fibers are then sprayed by a spray system to form a web, the web is then dried.
