Utilizing oxidation ability of reactive oxygen species by ultraviolet light, sterilization device has been developed. Therefore, detection technology of reactive oxygen species is indispensable. We succeeded in developing a sensor that reacts only with hydroxyl radical using methylene blue dye and pullulan which is water soluble polymer. Sterilization with active oxygen is necessary to use a nonwoven fabric. However, we do not know whether active oxygen is uniformly sterilized in the nonwoven fabric. Therefore, in this study, a box made of aluminum was designed, and the top of the box was sealed with a sterile bag. Thin films and spin trapping agents were placedinside the box, and active oxygen diffusion and OH* existence was investigated. As a result, it was suggested thatOH* was generated inside the nonwoven fabric.
