PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an illegal HW resource which is not allowed to be embedded or an unsuitable HW resource which may adversely affect a computer system from being embedded by using an activation key. PSOLUTION: When increasing a socket (X), a first HW resource authentication means determines whether the socket (X) is an illegal HW resource or not by comparing the authentication key of the socket (X) with the activation key (S805). When it is not illegal, a second additional HW resource authentication means determines whether the socket (X) is an unsuitable HW resource to the computer system or not, by comparing a dynamically embedded authentication key, which has been transmitted when requesting a management server to arrange the socket (X), with the activation key (S810).
