PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for an environmental countermeasure for a vehicle providing proper information on the environmental countermeasure to a driver.;SOLUTION: A travel cost is calculated from travel distance information and an amount of oil supply, a unit price of the oil supply, an amount of charge, and a unit price of the charge, and when there is a carbon dioxide emission right transaction between a vehicle 904 and a service station 902, an acquisition amount or a sales amount is taken into account in the travel cost calculation. The obtained amount of the oil supply and the amount of the charge are converted into carbon dioxide emission amounts, and based on the sum and the travel distance, the carbon dioxide emission amount per unit travel distance is calculated, and then, when there is the carbon dioxide emission right transaction, it is adjusted by the amount of the transaction.
