PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube dispersing solution which can form a film by a coating method represented by the inkjet method and can provide an organic FET having a high charge mobility and a high on-off ratio and an organic semiconductor composite solution.;SOLUTION: The carbon nanotube dispersing solution contains a carbon nanotube, to at least part of whose surface a conjugated polymer attaches, and one or more solvents, wherein the dipole moment of each solvent present in the carbon nanotube dispersing solution is 3.5 Debye or less, and the carbon nanotube dispersing solution contains not less than 50 vol.% of a solvent having a boiling point of 150°C or higher in all solvents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
