PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp type LED lamp with a control function, and a fluorescent lamp type LED lamp control system capable of controlling, in a remote place, the light-on/out states of an LED element used as a light source of the fluorescent lamp type LED lamp and controlling and monitoring the state of the fluorescent lamp type LED lamp in a state that a manager does not go to a site for confirmation when the fluorescent lamp type LED lamp is installed in an unmanned place. PSOLUTION: The fluorescent lamp type LED lamp is provided with a means for allowing radio transmission/reception to/from a fluorescent lamp type LED lamp control device installed in the remote place. A power source control signal for lighting or putting out the LED element or a luminance adjustment signal for adjusting the luminance of the LED element is sent out from the fluorescent lamp type LED lamp control device so that not only the LED lamp installed in the remote place can be lighted or put out but also the luminance can be adjusted, thereby having the control function of controlling and monitoring the state of the LED lamp installed in the unmanned place in the state that a the manager does not go to the site for confirmation.
