PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for testing the corrosion resistance of a work, capable of executing a stable corrosion resistance test in a high test accelerative manner, and to provide an apparatus for testing corrosion resistance.;SOLUTION: In the method for testing corrosion resistance, the pressure and flow rate of the chemical solution atmosphere in a hermetically closed type test vessel 2 are kept constant, with respect to the hermetically closed type test vessel 2 housing the work W which is a test piece, the sending and exhaustion of the chemical solution atmosphere wherein a test chemical solution is changed to a saturated vapor pressure state is performed to bring the work W into contact with the flow of the chemical solution atmosphere to perform the corrosion resistance test: and after the exhausted chemical solution atmosphere is liquefied and returned to the test chemical solution, the test chemical solution is changed to the chemical solution atmosphere to be circulated and used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
