PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin component, which secures a proper welding width in both flat sections that are orthogonal and inclined sections that are not orthogonal to the oscillating direction of ultrasonic welding, and to provide a process cartridge which prevents leakage of toner and an image forming apparatus provided with the process cartridge.;SOLUTION: The resin component 32 includes a welding line 36 composed of a plurality of straight lines or curves and a section 32r to be welded which can be welded to another resin part 33 by oscillation welding, on a welding line 36. The welding line 36 has the flat sections 32a, 32c, 32e that are orthogonal to the oscillating direction, and the inclined sections 32b, 32d that are not orthogonal to the oscillating direction in oscillation welding.
