PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient navigation apparatus for enabling a user to know how long he/she can stay outdoor before sunset.;SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus includes: a storage means for storing sunset information; a calculation means for calculating a sunset time at a current location based on the sunset information; and an output means for outputting the sunset time calculated by the calculation means. If the user reaches a predetermined destination or a power off operation is implemented, the output means outputs the sunset time.
