PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling an unloading speed and stability of materials supported by a vehicle. PSOLUTION: A transport vehicle 10 constituted so as to transport a cargo includes a chassis 11, a plurality of wheel assemblies 32 and 36 operably connected to the chassis 11 for imparting rolling support to the chassis 11, a loading space 35 supported by the chassis 11 and constituted so as to support the cargo transported by the transport vehicle 10, at least one cylinder 37 constituted so as to move the loading space 35 between a rising position and a lowering position, and a means for controlling at least the one cylinder 37 for optimizing spraying of the cargo in a dropping place.
