PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for administration to a pregnant woman not only having a premature delivery-preventing effect but also inhibiting the lung inflammation of a fetus, frequently developing as a complication to the premature delivery and also having less adverse effects. PSOLUTION: This medicine for administration to the pregnant woman is provided by containing 1 kind of a polypeptide of a thioredoxin family and/or its inducing agent as an active ingredient, and having the preventive effect of the premature delivery and an anti-inflammatory effect to the lung of the fetus.
