PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyeglass lens and a rimless eyeglasses including the same, preventing adhesion of an adhesive to an optical surface of the lens by processing the side edge peripheral surface of the outer peripheral edge of the lens where the adhesive rises from a recessed groove when the quantity of the adhesive is too large in fixing a decorative yarn material by the adhesive, having good appearance, and further dispensing with technique, material and hardware for performing laser welding to be manufactured inexpensively.;SOLUTION: A recessed groove 4 is engraved in the side edge peripheral surface 3 of the lens outer peripheral edge 2, and in the recessed groove 4, a part is formed deeper than the other part to form a deep groove part 5. After the recessed groove 4 is filled with the adhesive 8, a substantially flat decorative yarn material 7 is fitted in the recessed groove 4, and the adhesive 8 raised from the recessed groove 4 is cut. Also in the decorative yarn material 7, the substantially flat surface 71 appears on the front in the deep groove part 5, and in the recessed groove 4 outside the deep groove part 5, the yarn material is twisted midway so that the substantially flat end face 72 appears.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
