PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a capacity of a pole transformer which is adapted to a customer's load current by making use of automatic inspection measurement value of a low voltage customer.;SOLUTION: A low voltage customer is classified according to a form of contract, consumed electric power is stored in a database, and a standard pattern of the consumed electric power is created. Moreover, by accumulating the standard patterns as data over the years, an increase in the consumed electric power from the past to the present is determined. In determining a capacity of the pole transformer, the form of contract and the number of low voltage customers needed are examined, a form of contract load pattern is extracted from the consumed electric power database, a total power is calculated in each time zone, and an increase in the consumed electric power from the past to the present is multiplied to calculate a capacity of the pole transformer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
