METHOD FOR RECYCLING COPPER RESOURCE IN PRODUCTION PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling copper resources in a production process where an etching waste liquid after treatment is recharged to an electroplating stage, the waste liquid is reduced from the origin, and the most environment-friendly recycling system is obtained.;SOLUTION: Regarding the method for recycling copper resources in a production process, when a copper-containing acid etching waste liquid is generated in an etching process, the copper-containing acid etching waste liquid is treated mainly utilizing an alkaline solution, thus a copper-containing plating solution for electroplating is formed, and also, it is charged to a copper plating stage once more. In the method, since metal copper is not reduced from an etching waste liquid, there is no need of using an extraction solution easily contaminating chemicals and an expensive ion selective membrane, and there is no need of using high temperature molten copper and purification which extremely consumes electric power. Naturally, there is no need of entrusting treatment to the outside, and problems are not generated in the stage of transporting contaminants.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
