PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new monoclonal antibody against human histamine receptor type 1, and to provide a hybridoma producing the monoclonal antibody.;SOLUTION: The anti-histamine receptor type 1 monoclonal antibody recognizes a three-dimensional structure of an extracellular domain of the human histamine receptor type 1. The configuration recognizing the three-dimensional structure of the extracellular loop in the extracellular domain, the configuration in which the extracellular loop is the extracellular second loop, and the configuration by which natural ligand-specific signal transduction possessed by the histamine receptor type 1 can be promoted by binding with the histamine receptor type 1 are recommended.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
