PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly give information to patients, and to present points of patient observation. PSOLUTION: The pharmacist work support system is provided with: a patient prescription information storage means 22 for storing prescription information of prescriptions prescribed in association with patients; a follow-up sheet preparation information storage means 24 for storing information on side effects of drugs extracted from the prescription information and initial symptoms of the side effects; a table creation means 31 for extracting the side effects of the drugs from the prescription information, and for extracting the initial symptoms in association with the side effects, and for creating the initial symptom-specific side effect table by weighting the initial symptoms in descending order of the number of side effects; and an initial symptom selection means 32 for selecting a predetermined number of initial symptoms in descending order of the number of side effects from among the initial symptoms of the initial symptom-specific side effect table, and for outputting the selected initial symptoms and the side effects to follow-up sheets in association with the patients.
