PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing dry transfer printing used for resist printing/discharge printing by a new dry transfer method for dealing with cost and ecology.;SOLUTION: The transfer paper for dry transfer printing used for resist printing/discharge printing is produced by applying an ink containing a discharging agent or resist (or a color material as necessary) to a transfer paper, and the transfer paper is pressed with heating against fabric (dyed fabric or unfixed fabric) made of a natural or synthetic fibrous material to transfer an ink thereto, and then subjected to wet heat treatment (color-discharging and/or color-fixing treatment). The transfer paper has a release agent layer made of an organic solvent soluble synthetic resin, and an ink-receiving layer overlying the release agent layer and made of a hydrophilic synthetic resin softening or melting by heating, a hydrophilic adhesive, and various assistants.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
