ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY USING ENZYME LABELED ANTIBODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing enzyme immunoassay with reactivity and sensitivity which are hardly affected by an antiseptic and not inferior or even superior to the performance in the case of using an antibody labelled through the use of POD derived from horseradish.;SOLUTION: The antibody is labelled through the use of POD derived from basidiomycetes, and the labeled antibody in an immobilized state is used to perform enzyme immunoassay. It is possible to perform enzyme immunoassay such as an ELISA method, a sandwich ELISA method, etc. with reactivity and sensitivity not inferior or even superior to the case of using an antibody labelled through the use of POD derived from horseradish. POD activities are hardly inhibited even in the case of adding an antiseptics such as sodium azide, and it is possible to perform enzyme immunoassay with satisfactory reactivity and sensitivity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
