PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fibroblast and/or an artificial dermis that is intended for the purposes of regeneration of skin tissue from a stem cell by differentiation-induction promoting effects from a stem cell to a fibroblast: and to provide a method for regenerating the skin using these. PSOLUTION: Remarkable promotion of differentiation induction from a stem cell to a fibroblast by using seed extract of purple wheat allows extremely efficient production of a fibroblast or an artificial dermis from a stem cell. The produced fibroblast or artificial dermis also remarkably improves tissue regeneration ability upon transplantation to skin tissue. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
