UTTERANCE RIGHT ADJUSTING SYSTEM AND VOICE OUTPUT DEVICE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an utterance right adjusting system which allows a user to hear each voice of voice output devices such as a Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC) in-vehicle unit, a car navigation device and an audio device, which output voice at the same time in a vehicle. PSOLUTION: A priority is given to one (a voice output device 1b in Fig.3) of the voice output devices 1 by negotiation between utterance right negotiation means 5a and 5b in each of the voice output devices 1a and 1b. When data to be output are generated in a voice output device 1a with no utterance priority, the voice output device 1a notifies the voice output device 1b with the utterance priority that the data to be output are generated, and voice output time is adjusted by the utterance right negotiation means 5a and 5b between the voice output device 1a and the voice output device 1b with the utterance priority so that voices may not be output at the same time.
