PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow more precise work performance data to be collected by specifying work contents and to improve work efficiency.;SOLUTION: A work performance management system 1 has: an electronic tag 3 which is provided for an article C, a work place R, and a worker M and incorporates an ID corresponding to specific information for identifying each of them; a tag reader 4 which is provided for a carrier 7 and detects the ID of the electronic tag 3; a storage device 5 for accumulating the ID of the electronic tag 3 detected by the tag reader 4 as detection data T together with a detection time of day of the ID; and an information processing part 6 for fetching the detection data T accumulated by the storage device 5, storing databases D1 and D2 for associating the specific information about the ID of the detection data T with work contents, and creating and processing work performance data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
