PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose only suitable contents in which the copyright of primary contents are taken into consideration when subsidiary contents generated by editing wherein primary contents are secondarily used are disclosed.;SOLUTION: A primary content right holder registers approval conditions associated with secondary use of primary contents in an approval server. When the subsidiary contents are uploaded to a disclosure server, the disclosure server transmits metadata of the subsidiary contents and requests the approval server to approve the secondary use. The approval server determines whether a use result of the primary contents recognized from the metadata meets the approval conditions of the primary contents and reports a determination result to the disclosure server.
