PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, method, and a program for displaying project management information, and an electronic medical chart information display device, for organizing and displaying project management information generated by using a time axis in a plurality of institutions in a variety of classification forms in response to a user's request. PSOLUTION: Each of a plurality of medical institutions is provided with a EHR (Electronic Health Record) information generation part 222 which is configured to: acquire electronic medical chart information in which medical practice information is disposed at a corresponding position on a time axis that is generated for each medical treatment management item belonging to any of categories hierarchically classified; set tab information for designating one of the classified categories; extract electronic medical chart information belonging to the category designated by the tab information selected from among a plurality of electronic medical chart information acquired when one set tab information is selected; generate the extracted electronic medical chart information together with the category name and medical treatment management item; and display it.
