PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly provide an image with a user-desired color scheme.;SOLUTION: A color scheme support device for generating a plurality of candidate images of different color schemes and prompting a user to select from the candidate images to decide an image color scheme is provided with: a maintained color element information storage part for storing maintained color element information that is color information decided by the user about a maintained color element that is a part of the color elements of the candidate images; an image selection part for prompting the user to select some images from the candidate images; a hybrid image generation part for combining color information about some images selected by the image selection part to generate new candidate images with the combined color information; a mutant image generation part for changing the color information about some images selected by the image selection part to generate new candidate images with the changed color information; and a color element information maintenance part for causing the hybrid image generation part and mutant image generation part to generate new candidate images while maintaining the maintained color element information stored in the maintained color element information storage part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
