PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry cleaning apparatus enhancing cleaning quality and cleaning efficiency by controlling a flying direction and a flying pose of cleaning media to increase a moving velocity and a cleanliness degree, and capable of cleaning even a component of a complicated form having small width grooves formed thereon without damaging or generating uncleaned portions.;SOLUTION: The dry cleaning apparatus 1 comprises a cleaning vessel 2 containing the flexible cleaning media, a cleaning media accelerating means 4 bombarding a cleaning object 9 with the flied flaky flexible cleaning media 8 by rapid air current to remove fouling such as dust and powder attached to the cleaning object, a cleaning media recovering means 5 removing the fouling attached to the cleaning media having collided onto the cleaning object by suction to recover the cleaning object, a circulating means 3 transferring the cleaning media contained in the cleaning vessel to the cleaning media accelerating means, and a cleaning media rectifying means 6 rectifying the cleaning media 8 transferred by the rapid air current from the cleaning media accelerating means 4 to prevent disturbances from other than the cleaning media accelerating means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
