PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resource searching method, a human resource searching apparatus, and a human resource searching program which search for one person, who the other person works with, by considering human relation.;SOLUTION: S1: Input of wanted skills and a person ID of a group member (member person ID) is accepted. S2: A person ID of a person having the input skills as the person's own skills is extracted from person information stored in a person information storing area. S3: A friendliness value to the group member is calculated for each extracted person. S4: The friendliness value is calculated based on human relation information giving relation between respective two users. A human relation value with a group is calculated for each extracted person on the basis of the friendliness value. S5: Ranking of the extracted persons is decided based on the human relation values, and a search result screen is prepared, to be output to a user terminal.
