PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imbalance determination circuit capable of improving accuracy of determining whether imbalance of an electricity storage exists among each of a plurality of electric storage devices, a method of imbalance determination, and a power supply device using the same. PSOLUTION: The invention is equipped with a voltage detection portion 320 to detect each terminal voltage of the electric storage devices B1 to BN connected in series, a gradient grabbing portion 331 which arranges a charge-shutdown while charging, and gets voltage gradient information to show a variation value of each terminal voltage per prescribed period of time under shutdown of the charging concerned, and the imbalance determination portion to find if imbalance of electricity storage is occurring in the electric storage devices B1 to BN by using a plurality of voltage gradient information received by the gradient grabbing portion 331 per each of the terminal voltages.
