PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor operated valve comprising a planetary gear type reduction gear, and to provide a gear support device for planetary gear type reduction gear capable of correcting fall of a support shaft of a carrier rotatably supporting a planetary gear.;SOLUTION: A planetary gear type reduction gear applies decelerated rotation to a screw mechanism for moving a valve element of a motor operated valve. A fall of a support shaft stood from a bottom plate part of a carrier to rotatably support a planetary gear 43 is corrected by pushing an inside edge part 272 of a support hole 255 of an annular plate 254 outward in the radial direction relative to a tip part 258 of the support shaft. A rotary axis of the planetary gear 43 is vertically extended from the bottom plate part of the carrier to prevent interference of tops with bottoms between a planetary gear 43 and a sun gear 41. With this structure, the planetary gear 43 and the sun gear 41 are prevented from being destroyed, and deterioration of efficiency in decelerated rotation is prevented to prevent eccentric wear due to eccentric engagement and deterioration of durability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
