PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip aluminum plated steel sheet with attractive appearance, for restraining an alloying reaction of the plated film in press molding at high-temperature. ;SOLUTION: The hot-dip aluminum plated steel sheet superior in hot press formability comprises a steel sheet which contains, by mass%, 0.1% or more but 0.6% or less C, further 0.1% or more but 3.0% or less Mn, further 0.0002% or more but 0.01% or less B, further 0.01% or more but 0.5% or less Si, further 0.1% or less P, 0.02% or less S, and 0.005% or more but 0.1% or less Al, and further 0.005% or more (Ti+Cr), 0.2% or less Ti, and 1.0% or less Cr; and a plated layer of aluminum on the steel sheet, which contains 3% or more but 15% or less Si, 0.01% or more but 2% or less Cr, and the balance Al with unavoidable impurities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
