PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control unit capable of showing a reduction effect of inductance and reducing a serge voltage and switching loss in an invertor, and to provide a hybrid vehicle having the power control unit.;SOLUTION: A power module comprises: a power supply bus bar 48a; a plurality of transistors UH, VH, WH having a one-surface electrode fixed onto the power supply bus bar 48a, and the-other-side electrode; a plurality of bus bars 48b separately joined to the-other-surface electrode of the respective transistors UH, VH, WH; a plurality of transistors UL, VL, WL having a one-side-surface electrode fixed onto the respective bus bars 48b, and the-other-side electrode; and a bus bar 48d joined onto the-other-surface electrode of the respective transistors UL, VL, WL.
