PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution work support system which can control operators' conditions without making them conscious about it. PSOLUTION: The power distribution work support system has a control device to control the operators' status to support the power distribution works on the poles, and an on-board device 20 having a navigation processor 46 to search for the route to the destination. The on-board device 20 has a destination reception processor 50 to receive the specified pole as the destination, a status updating section 52 to make the operator's status to be under transportation when the destination is received in the destination reception processor 50, and to makes the operators' status to be under work when the distance to the destination becomes shorter the threshold determined in advance, and a status transmitter 54 to transmits the operator's status updated in the status updating section 52 to the control device.
