PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy in the diagnosis with an ultrasonic image in an ultrasonic diagnostic imaging apparatus.;SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic imaging apparatus 10 includes: a first three-dimensional data generating part 42 for generating first three-dimensional data based on a B-mode image on the basis of an echo signal from a reflection wave of ultrasonic waves transmitted to a three-dimensional region within a subject; a first superimposing image setting part 43 for setting a first superimposing image based on respective first images which are included in the first three-dimensional data and which compose first image groups scattering in a prescribed direction; a second three-dimensional data generating part 44 for generating second three-dimensional data by extracting microstructure components from the first three-dimensional data; a second superimposing image setting part 45 for setting a second superimposing image based on respective second images which are included in the second three dimensional data and which compose second image groups scattering in a prescribed direction at equal intervals to the intervals of the first image groups; a superimposed image generating part 46 for generating a superimposed image by superimposing the first superimposing image on the second superimposing image; and a DSC (digital scan converter) circuit 23 for displaying the superimposed image on a display device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
