PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent more information than necessary about user's location from being known, when the user notifies another of his location, by expressing the level of detail of position information about the user's location in terms of a disclosure level and giving notice with location information, based upon the disclosure level. PSOLUTION: A mobile terminal 10 compares a request disclosure level, included in a disclosure request from a communication terminal 50 of a communication party B, with set disclosure levels stored in a disclosure level registration table 27 determined by communication parties, time zones, and location areas to determine a disclosure level of location information on itself to be reported to the communication terminal 50 of the communication party B; and generates the location information and location display map information to be transmitted to the communication terminal 50 of the communication party, in accordance with the disclosure contents predetermined for the determined disclosure level.
