PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user by allowing the user to register biological information in a host device without going to a financial counter.;SOLUTION: A biological information transmitter 10 is equipped with a biological information reading part 14 which reads the biological information of the user and a card information reading part 13 for acquiring the recording biological information recorded in an IC card, and the biological information transmitter 10 acquires the recording biological information recorded in the IC card, and performs identity verification by using the acquired recording biological information and the biological information read from the user, then transmits the recorded biological information acquired from the IC card to a host device 20 through a communication line 30.
