PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a member made of an aluminum alloy extruded shaped-member, which is excellent in stress corrosion cracking resistance, by decreasing residual stress after bending.;SOLUTION: A method for roll bending is directed for the aluminum alloy extruded shaped-member including: a pair of flanges 2, 3 positioned in the inside and the outside of bending in a view of a cross section vertical to the longitudinal direction; webs 4, 5 connecting these flanges; and projecting flanges 6, 7, which are approximately vertical to the bending radius and projected in both of the width directions outer more than the webs 4, 5. Surfaces 6a, 7a of the projecting flanges 6, 7, which are in the inside of bending, are supported with receiving rolls 12. In the method, a curvature is given in the longitudinal direction by conducting bending while applying a load to surfaces 6b, 7b of the projecting flanges 6, 7, which are in the outside of bending, with presser rolls 15.
