METHOD FOR HARVESTING A KIND OF POLYCRYSTALLINE SILICON ROD, HARVEST APPARATUS AND COMBINED APPARATUS USED IN THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk of contaminating a polycrystalline silicon rod during transfer, to reduce time required for transferring the polycrystalline silicon rod, to shorten production period of the polycrystalline silicon rod, and to protect an operator from a risk of easily getting injured by the polycrystalline silicon rod.;SOLUTION: Among a method for harvesting a kind of polycrystalline silicon rod, a harvesting apparatus used for the method, and a combined articleof the harvesting apparatus, the method involves harvesting of a plurality of polycrystalline silicon rods (7) disposed on several concentric rings and comprises the steps of first harvesting the polycrystalline silicon rods (7) disposed on the outermost ring at once, subsequently harvesting the polycrystalline silicon rods (7) disposed on the ring next to the outermost ring, and sequentially harvesting the polycrystalline silicon rods (7) on each ring from the outermost to the innermost rings until all of the polycrystalline silicon rods are harvested.
