PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent of fibromyalgia syndrome and an agent for treating pain caused by vascular smooth muscle spasm. PSOLUTION: The treating agent of fibromyalgia syndrome and the agent for treating pain caused by vascular smooth muscle spasm are provided by containing (a) 1 compound selected from the group consisting of an RNA, a ribonucleotide and a ribonucleoside, (b) 1 compound selected from the group consisting of L-arginine, L-citrullin and L-ornithine, and (c) L-ascorbic acid, and having (1:0.2 to 20) mass ratio of the component (b) to the component (c).
