The request processing part 100 also outputs request passing information 150. A passing passage detecting means 300 outputs passing passage detecting information 350, by detecting a passage in the request processing part 100 passed by the request on the basis of the request passing information 150 from the request processing part 100 and storage object information 250 from a storage object registering means 200.
