PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform failure analysis in a Web system.;SOLUTION: A failure analysis support system 401 includes: a system monitoring part 22 for monitoring a load state of an operational system 201; a request monitoring part 21 for monitoring requests from one or a plurality of Web browsers; an API calling monitoring part 23 for monitoring APIs called by the requests; an exception monitoring part 24 for monitoring whether an exception occurs in a Web application during processing for the requests and, when an exception occurs, generating exception information that shows the content of the exception to output the generated exception information and respective monitoring results as a log file; a script generation part 60 for generating a script on the basis of the log file received from the exception monitoring part 24; and a failure reproduction part 80 for reproducing the occurrence of the exception on the basis of the script generated by the script generation part 60.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
