PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete building structure which has a form without remarkably damaging bearing strength characteristics while remarkably improving thermal insulation properties, and a block type thermal insulation structure to which the building structure is applied. PSOLUTION: The thermal insulation structure 1 between two concrete members is connected to both concrete members, and provided with reinforcing materials 5, 6, 7 and an insulator 4 for transmission of shearing force or moment, or both of them between the concrete members. One of the reinforcing materials is connected to the concrete members so as to receive pressure as a pressure resistant material 7. High-strength concrete which is formed as a thermal insulating support building structure by making a titanium mineral to be contained in the pressure resistant material 7 as an additive is used as the pressure resistant material 7.
