PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an educational system device and an operating method for an educational system, by which the capability of making a suitable management plan and the capability of achieving the made management plan can be enhanced.;SOLUTION: The operating method for the educational system that enhances the capabilities of making and achieving the management plan includes: a problem awareness check step of checking whether there is awareness of a problem; a basic information providing step of providing information which should be held as awareness of a problem; a questionnaire result acquisition step of acquiring a result of a questionnaire sent to employees and customers; a planning information providing step of providing information for understanding how to make a correct management plan; a management plan input reception step of receiving input of a management plan related to the result of the questionnaire; a training step of repeating input reception of a result of actual operations having been actually performed, calculation and presentation of separation from a management plan, and input reception processing for an improved plan; and a determination step of determining whether the training may be finished.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
