PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detection device using a superconductor which transits from a superconductor to an insulator while keeping its temperature constant.;SOLUTION: The pressure detection device 30 detects superconductor thin films 12 to 14 which transited to the insulator from among a plurality of superconductor thin films 11 to 14 whose critical pressures to transit from a superconductor to an insulator are different with each other by ammeters 242, 252 and 262, and from among the detected critical pressures of the superconductor thin films 12 to 14, the maximum critical pressure is detected as the pressure in a container 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
