PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric porcelain whose breakdown voltage can be improved and whose temperature characteristics of capacitance can be improved even if dielectric layers are thin, its producing method, a multilayer electronic part and its production method.;SOLUTION: The dielectric porcelain consists of main crystal particles 21 consisting of a perovskite type composite oxide containing Ba, Ti, a rare earth element, Mg and Mn as metal elements, an interfacial boundary phase 23 formed by the main crystal particles 21, and a triple point boundary phase 25.
