PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of obtaining conductivity or antistatic properties enough for preventing charges, even when a small amount of a conductive filler is mixed thereinto, and generating extremely few particle contaminations, to provide an conductive or antistatic resin molded product, and to provide a resin film. PSOLUTION: Each of the resin composition, the conductive or antistatic resin molded product, and the resin film contains a resin and nano-scale carbon tubes and satisfies the following requisites (A) to (C): (A) a length of carbon reticulations composing the outermost surface of the carbon nano-scale tube is not more than 500 μm; (B) each of the resin composition, the conductive or anti-static resin molded product, and the resin film does not substantially contain agglomerates of the carbon nano-scale tubes and the carbon nano-scale tubes are uniformly dispersed all over the system; and, preferably, (C) the uniformly dispersed carbon nano-scale tubes exist in a state of contacting with each other or neighboring on each other in each of the resin composition, the conductive or antistatic resin molded product, and the resin film.
