PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time calibration signal receiving apparatus capable of effectively eliminating noise, without deteriorating the accuracy of bit synchronization, when receiving and decoding a time calibration signal.;SOLUTION: A radio wave correcting timepiece 1 includes an antenna 3 for receiving the time calibration signal, a receiving circuit 4 for outputting a time code signal, and a processing means 5. The processing means 5 is provided with a sampling section 54 for sampling the time code signal at predetermined cycle; a noise-eliminating section 55 for setting each sampling data to be processed to an H-level signal or an L-level signal, depending on the number of H-level signals or L-level signals in a predetermined number of sampling data containing the sampling data to be processed; and a decoding section 57 for decoding the time code signal, based on each processed sampling data set to the H-level signal or the L-level signal in the noise-eliminating section 55.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
